LJM assisted an international packaging company to improve safety in one of their business units. LJM conducted an evaluation of safety across a number of sites, including audits and interviews. The review highlighted challenges such as conflicting safety messages, heavy workloads, a lack of safety knowledge amongst many employees and contractors and a number of safety systems operating at different sites.

A path forward was developed with the company's leadership. This organisation is heavily focussed on production and the main thrust of the safety strategy was to build safety into production processes. LJM worked with the leadership team to ensure that in highly competitive and pressurised workplaces, safety has gained traction.
