Bob Veazie
Bob Veazie (USA) has extensive experience in organisational development enabling him to apply key principles of effective organisational change to safety and safety integration to the system of management processes. Throughout his 24 year career at Hewlett Packard (HP), Bob worked as an Accounting Manager, Production Manager and finished his tenure as the internal Change Agent for Safety, an Internal Behaviour-Based Safety consultant to all of HP as the leader of the process on the Hewlett Packard Safety Council for over 15,000 employees. He entered the field of consulting in early 2007 where he now contributes to numerous organisations in diverse business lines including authoring The Courage Factor with Dr. E. Scott Geller in 2008.
